No judgment • No jargon overload
Just bring yourself and you'll learn real skills you can use.
We provide everything - Bikes, Tools, Charcuterie and Drinks.
At every Girls Night Out workshop, you'll learn:
• What you're looking at
• What the bike may be telling you
• What you can safely handle yourself
• What tools or supplies you actually need
• How to check your work before riding
• When to stop and ask a professional for help
You will learn practical skills from the owner, Stacey Conley.
You'll leave knowing the order, the process and the safety check — with practical information you can use again and again with confidence.
She will be guiding the instruction at Cycle House Bikes so everyone learns and gets a chance to work with her on a shop bike. Ask every question you’ve been afraid to ask. Leave each workshop knowing something you can actually do yourself.

A flat tire doesn’t have to end your ride.
Learn how to remove a wheel, take out the tire and tube, find what caused the flat, install a replacement tube, and safely put everything back together.
This is a true hands-on workshop. You won’t just watch someone fix a flat — you’ll practice doing it yourself with guidance.
$35 PER PERSON

Your brakes shouldn’t feel like a mystery.
Learn how to recognize the different types of bike brakes, inspect them from the lever to the wheel, spot worn pads and rubbing, and understand which basic adjustments are safe to make yourself.
Just as important, you’ll learn the warning signs that mean stop riding and let the shop take over.

A cleaner drivetrain means a smoother, quieter ride — when you know how to care for it correctly.
Get hands-on with the chain, cassette, chainring, derailleur, and pulley wheels while learning how to clean, dry, and lubricate your drivetrain without overdoing it or contaminating your brakes.
You’ll also learn how to recognize basic drivetrain wear — because sometimes cleaning isn’t the solution.

Know what to check before you ride — and what to do when a ride doesn’t go according to plan.
Learn a simple pre-ride safety routine for your tires, brakes, chain, controls, wheels, and bike setup. Then practice making smart decisions around common roadside problems.
You’ll also learn how to build a practical ride kit and recognize the warning signs that mean don’t ride — get help.
