How old do you have to be to rent a bike?
Rental Age Policy
Riders must be at least 16 years old to rent an e-bike and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the ride. Riders under 16 years old may rent non-electric (analog) bikes only, with a parent or guardian present. Riders 18 and older may rent independently without parental consent.
How do I reserve a bicycle?
You can easily reserve a bicycle in our SERVICES SECTION. Selecting your preferred bike, rental duration, and location. Our convenient online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
Do you offer bike repair services?
Yes! Our bike service bay allows one of our skilled mechanics handle all of your maintenance and repairs.
What types of bicycles do you rent?
We rent Blix and Mokwheel e-bikes and Batch analog bikes. They are designed for a comfortable and smooth ride along local bike paths. Our bikes are easy to use, and we provide a brief tutorial before your ride.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Do you provide helmets and other accessories?
Helmets are $5, Trunk bags are $7 and Locks are complimentary to ensure your safety and convenience during your ride.
Do I need to make a reservation for an e-bike rental?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.
